I love that poem too - but I have never wanted to presume on God's time available to me......so I have been wearing purple (or hot pink) and calling a spade a spade for some time now!! I don't want to wait until it's too late, and I don't care what anyone - least of all my fellow Christians - think. p.s do you listen to Poetry Please? - it often rounds off my day beautifully as I fall asleep.
